Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: During peak seasons, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
    •    Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
    •    International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, carrier issues, or external factors beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team.
